Graviti × Thrad · Open-Model Ad Enablement

The ad is
the answer.

Graviti turns every open-model agent into a first-party ad surface. Targeting authentic enough that the sponsored product is the best answer to the question asked — and a rev-share generous enough that spreading the harness pays the person who runs it.

The System

Five layers. One proof under everything.

01

Publisher rail

Any Graviti-powered harness calls one bid endpoint — Thrad's exchange today, the Graviti exchange later. The harness owns the ad's look and feel natively in its own UI. No iframe, no banner, no foreign widget. A new agent goes from zero to monetized in a day.

02

Graviti Intelligence — the authenticity gate

Targeting runs on live conversation intent plus the consent-based personal context the user chose to keep with their agent. Before any ad is served, the harness's own model scores it: is this genuinely the right answer for this person, right now? Below the 0.85 floor, no ad is served. Ever. The model that decides is the brain the user trusts — and it earns its rev share, so it has skin in the game.

03

In-context creative

No static banners. The ad is generated for this conversation, in the voice of this conversation — a comparison the user actually asked about, with the two tradeoffs that matter to them. Advertiser supplies the product data; Graviti writes the placement.

04

Autonomous advertiser access

Advertisers register a product feed and offers — including reward offers — as a sponsored MCP/skill. The user's agent queries it autonomously: "does this person qualify, right now?" within disclosure and frequency rules. The first ad experiences are rewards: the agent found you something free that's actually right for you.

05

The monetization flywheel

The open-source harness is the growth engine. Every deployer flips on monetization mode, earns 70% of revenue, and sees a live "your agent earned $X" meter. Spreading the harness is the business model — so the community does the distribution.

VisionBridge,
the proof layer.

The geo-holdout measurement layer Singulariti built for Prism (guaranteed-CPA CTV) sits under the whole system: holdout cohorts that never see the ad, matched to everyone who does. If the ad didn't change the outcome, it didn't earn the bill. In conversations, geography becomes session. And the lift data flows back into the authenticity floor, every single campaign.

Live Mock — Demo Data

Watch the gate work.

Three real conversations, one of them where the system refuses to run the ad. That refusal is the product.

VisionBridge · The CPA Model

We sell customers, not impressions.

The whole system prices on one number: the cost of a validated, net-new customer — deduplicated across every channel, and proven incremental by holdout. That's the guarantee Singulariti already runs in CTV (Prism), moved into the conversation where the intent is freshest.

1 · Guaranteed CPA

Advertisers commit to a hard cost ceiling per net-new customer — $50 per order in the CTV program, set per vertical here. The conversation ad earns its bill only when a validated customer lands inside the ceiling. No customer, no invoice. You never pay for an eyeball, an impression, or a "likely intent".

2 · Deduplicated attribution

Every customer is billed exactly once. The AI-conversation conversion is matched against your CRM, CTV, web-pixel, and email attribution before it counts as net-new — first-touch, cross-channel. If CTV already got them, the conversation doesn't bill for them, and vice versa. No channel ever double-dips on the same person.

3 · Holdout-verified lift

VisionBridge carves matched holdout cohorts that never see the ad — in CTV that's geography, in conversations it's the session. The delta is incremental lift: the only number that survives a skeptical CFO. And every campaign's lift retunes the authenticity gate, so "relevant" becomes a measured, compounding standard.

Spreading the harness is the business model.

01 · Spread

Open-source harness ships with a monetization module. Every deployer can earn from day one.

02 · Inventory

More deployed agents = more consented, trust-scored, intent-rich inventory. No cookies, no trackers.

03 · Demand

Advertisers buy authentic-intent placements and free-product offers — through Thrad's DSP and Singulariti's agency desk.

04 · Revenue

70% to the operator. Higher floors as demand deepens means better earnings — so more people spread the harness.

ChatGPT is a platform that monetizes users. Graviti is a protocol that lets users' own agents monetize their attention. Same surface, inverted ownership — that's the open-model story.

The 30-Day Pilot

One surface. Three products. Real numbers.

Week 1

Publisher live. Thrad publisher approval, bid rail wired into the Hermes surface, 3–5 client products loaded with one free-product reward offer.

Week 2

The gate goes live. Intent extraction + authenticity floor, consent ledger and earnings meter in the UI, staging → production.

Week 3

Real campaigns. 2–3 client products through our agency desk; weekly review of fill, CTR, CPM, veto rate, holdout lift.

Week 4

The case study. Numbers published, open-source module cut for one external harness, design-partner terms signed.
